Designated Sales Associate / Brand Representative

Overview
Haggar Canada Brand Representatives are a vital link between retail store and Head Office level. Brand Reps will be responsible for sales on an assigned shift during retail hours. They will achieve or surpass daily personal sales goals and customer service performance standards.

There are 7 part-time positions available:
Victoria, BC
Vancouver, BC
Calgary, Alberta
Edmonton, Alberta
Toronto, Ontario
Ottawa, Ontario
Montreal, Quebec

What you'll be responsible for:

• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  
• Actively approaching potential customers
  
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and service to every customer
  
• Clearly communicating product and promotional information
  
• Addressing customer questions and coordinating with store and sales management as required
  
• Keeping the location and product/accessory displays clean, neat and organized
  
• Participating in company training as required
  

Requirements:

• Retail experience with proven success achieving sales quotas and customer satisfaction targets
  
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work retail-type hours including evenings and weekends
  
• Ability to commit to up to 30 hours per week
  
• Comfort with being flexible in terms of availability e.g. hours per week may fluctuate based on season and promotional activity
  
• Use of a reliable vehicle complete with valid driver’s license
